Lack of signal

Hi All, 

I have been with Plusnet for a few months now, and realised the signal is terrible especially at home.  Other networks seem okay.

Is there a way to boost signal at home?  Texts don't send and calls can't be made, obviously wifi things are fine.

if your phone has dual sim trays, you could try an alternative carrier. I don't use mobile much but use these people who use the EE network.
