Joining plusnet mobile with 3 mobiles - existing broadband customer

Hi.

I'm an existing plusnet broadband customer and we are thinking of moving our mobile accounts to plusnet.

I understand there is a mates rates deal on, an existing 2GB for customers who are already plusnet mobile customers.

I'd like to move all 3 of our mobile accounts to plusnet.

Is the 2GB extra data split between the 3 mobiles are does each mobile receive the extra 2GB?

Thanks.

Each mobile gets 2GB.  There is no family plan with PlusNet, so each SIM stands by itself - albeit under one direct debit.

Ok thanks. I didn't realise it would be under 1 direct debit.

Does each account need setting up separately initially and then linking to the 1 broadband account?

Cheers for looking at moving your mobiles to us @pyeomans

For clarification on the above^, each mobile sim will have its own direct debit, you can’t have one direct debit that covers more than one account, it isn’t possible.

If you signup from Here you’ll be able to choose one of our broadband customer mobile offers and during the signup journey, you’ll be asked for your broadband username to validate that you’re actually a broadband customer.

Let me know if you’ve got any further queries Smiley

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
