Is there a glitch signing into account?

As above, I can't sign into my mobile account to check my bill,

Checked my details all correct, but thought I would try a password reset and it won't allow to me do that either.

Rapidly getting bored now, still no response from PN. Finally managed to change my password and I still can't log in.

Just keep getting 'somethings gone wrong'.

Sorry first of all for the delayed response.

If you're still having issues logging in to your account, can you drop me a private message with the following details?

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
