Which one -0800 432 0200? Looks like it might be - I get no response after dialling.

At least it is not just me... not great to have no customer services, especially as they do not seem to have Chat available either. i tried Whattsapp but they don't say when they will get in touch. i moved to Plusnet today and have an issue, not a good first day!

@DISC It looks like an internal  or localised problem at PN - I have no problem calling other numbers.

Anything the Community can help with?

Neither can I. Has Plusnet gone bust?

@Peter21 NO they haven't - they have a problem with their IVR system see:https://community.plus.net/t5/Service-Information/Plusnet-IVR-Issues-02-08-2022/m-p/1881525#M367

Re: Is the helpline number down? I can't get through?

I'm a bit like you....only around 10 times worse! Last week I switched from Vodaphone to PSMobile. Reason? For 40 years we haven't had a mobile signal where we live....until very recently.  EE put a new transmitter up a quarter of a mile from our house.p a little while ago. "Hooray!" I thought, "I'll join EE."  Then I found out that Plusnet piggy-back on EE's network and were even cheaper than EE.  So I started the long, weary process of changing from V'phone to PNMob. Eventually, I became a PNMob subscriber and the big moment arrived when I tried my phone at home....for the first time. You can imagine my excitement - after all these years, finally a mobile connection from home! I  switched on my phone and guess what? NO SERVICE appeared on my screen. I went outside - still NO SERVICE. My neighbour happened to be passing and guess what? His phone rang! I know he is with EE and he gets a full signal, even inside his house, which is further away from the pole than we are!

Eventually I found out from Plusnet that actually they only have a 'low output' connection with my nearest transmitter whic , they said accounted for NO SERVICE on my phone. I explained that the only reason I had switched networks was so I could get a signal at home, so they agreed to cancel my account.

Two or three days later I noticed that, despite assurances my account would be cancelled, Plusnet had already taken my July's fee from my account. This was after I was told my fees would only start in August!

And now, to add insult to injury, their helpline is down. I wouldn't mind but I've been a loyal customer of Plusnet's almost since they started!

And there was me assuming they'd transferred to FTTP and lost their phone number!  Grin
