Is it free to call abroad with a sim-only deal?

Hi all

Is there a charge for ringing outside of the UK if you're on one of PN's sim-only deals? For example, if you've got free mins, text, or data, will they be used against non-UK calls or is it a separate charge altogether?

Hi Cagney1994!

I'll do my best to explain: with the introduction of 'Roam Like Your At Home' all Plusnet Mobile accounts are ready to be used abroad when inside the EU. Your mobile will be good to go provided the roaming settings are enabled on the handset. You'll be able use your monthly plan allowance like at home in any EU destination, plus a few extra. If you’re making an international call (you’re in the UK but calling someone who’s in a different country), so you’ll still be using the UK network, there will be an additional charge.
