Is Roaming automatically enabled?

I am going to Spain next month and I was wondering if I will have roaming enabled automatically.
I can't see any option to enable it on my account.
On the Roam Like at Home page it just says 'if enabled' but I have no way of checking this.
If it is enabled, will I be able to use data etc. at no extra charge (within my limit?

Do I need to call up to ascertain if that's the case? I'm like most people and didn't read the T&C in any detail.
Also, as asked above, will I be able to use data, minutes etc. at no extra charge if enabled?

Unless you were with Life Mobile before we took over their services in 2016, Roam Like at Home should be automatically enabled, but if you can private message me the following information, we can double check for you.
+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
