Iphone 6 plus only getting 3G

as above really,
just moved from android to iPhone, and only got 3G.....
Tried resetting all the network settings, no luck
Tried removing sim card and turning off for 10 minutes, no luck..
Definitely in a 4g area, tried in many places.
Can not alter APN settings as not listed, and no other network profiles listed......

I'm very sorry to hear you're having some issues receiving 4G signal in your area.
This could be due to many factors such as: weather conditions, tree coverage, the amount of people using the network at the time or any maintenance work happening to the masts in your area.

Trying new sim,
phone settings reset and cannot be altered.
Another plusnet sim was tried and worked OK - the phone received 4G service.
Will update this tread to help others once new sim is received and tried...

forum team going through a "reshuffle" so need to contact them by email....
contacted by email..... please provide security details again..... and same info
It must be something on the account, as I can swap sim cards and whatever phone I use, i only get 3G.......
Lets see if plusnet can sort out, really disappointed with the experience at the moment, got broadband and 3 mobile contracts with them and not had issues before!
