I'm a plusnet mobile customer who has migrated from life mobile. At the moment my phone is not able to register with a mobile network in Spain according to the help documents this should happen automatically. I have restarted my phone several times and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Hi @Davedavidson,
Have you ensured your International and Roaming services are active before travelling? We'll need to activate this from our end and it usually takes 2 hours to take effect. If you'd like me to check they're Live on our system, please feel free to send me a private message and I'll have this looked into. -Ashleigh
