I'm a plusnet mobile customer who has migrated from life mobile. At the moment my phone is not able to register with a mobile network in Spain according to the help documents this should happen automatically. I have restarted my phone several times and still no luck. Any suggestions?
Have you ensured your International and Roaming services are active before travelling? We'll need to activate this from our end and it usually takes 2 hours to take effect.
