Incorrect billing emails

Hi. I've just received an email saying that my bill is available to view online and giving the date and amount to be taken by direct debit. The problem is that it's different to what's on the bill. This time it's because although the monthly plan charge has increased the email reflects the charge before the increase, but it's not the first time it's happened. Something in whatever is producing these emails is broken. If it can't be fixed it would be preferable not to include the amount to be taken in the email at all, but simply refer to the bill.
