Incorrect Plan dates

Why is my online account got the wrong plan date 20th june 2017 to 29th july 2017? Today are 28th February 2019. Are PN go back to the future?

Hi

 

Just checked the mobile phone app it shows " Your allowances renew in 28 days time on March 28th"

which is correct

which is correct but the online account are wrong date.

My plan is still showing    the dates   28 April 2016 to 27 May 2016 so it has not rectified itself soon as you thought

The good news I have just had a text to say my Direct Debit will be taken on the 15th March I just hope it does

Good morning  

Good news the £10  Direct Debit was taken from my bank account this morning so no problems there

My Plan is still showing 28th April 2016 - 27 May 2016 so lets hope it rectifies itself on 28th March
