Incoming mobile calls fail to connect.
Everyone who rings me, say that on their first attempt the line drops immediately and my phone only rings on their second attempt. I have had my Plusnet SIM a number of years, and initially worked fine. This problem has only occurred over the past few months. I'm using an iPhone. Does anyone know why this is happening?

If anyone is still experiencing issues with calls going straight to Voicemail and/or the handset not dropping from 4G to 3G when a call is being received, please send me or any other mobile staff a Private Message with your Plusnet mobile number and we can look into this further.
