Impossible to reach numbers

I can’t reach some numbers.
2 numbers one in France one in Holland.
Landline numbers. No free till or special numbers.
I can reach other numbers in these countries and these numbers can join me !!!!
What do I need to do?

I'm sorry to see you can't ring certain numbers. Do you hear or see any particular error message when you try?

Also do you have access to another phone you can try calling those numbers from?

Yes I tried with another phone and it works perfectly.

These numbers can also reach me.

When I try to call them, there is no message, the one just drops after 3  short bips.

Really odd. Can you drop me a private message with your mobile number and the numbers you can't call?
