Im ending my contract with plusnet i called them to do it but they havent emailed me to confirm it.

I called plusnet on the 28th july ive told them i want to end my contract and can they email me to confirm it but i never received an email.I want to go with another network i just need to know this is all happening because ive sorted it out with another network provider but its ok it only goes live once i activate the sim card.
