I'm abroad - How do I contact plusnet via chat or email?

I have got an issue and would like to contact Plusnet via internet as I'm abroad. 

How do I do that?

Similar issue. I’m abroad and can’t seem to make calls or send data. How do i contact Plusnet. Ive tried email but their server sends an automatic “not received” reply. Getting frustrated. this never happened with Vodaphone!
