I left plusnet a few months back - you are still billing me and my account is closed!?

Please can anyone help!!

I left plustnet a few months back(May), i was sent a refund, and cancelled my direct debit as suggested by the staff member over the phone, Ive been with O2 for 3 months and plusnet have sent me a random bill, and are now sending me emails saying they apply late fees for non payment.

 

I ported my PAC back in MAY!!

Why are you still trying to bill me for periods where I have had a closed account, no service and was not in a contract. 

Please can someone look into this!?

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
