Hello All,
I am unable to make phone calls but only send texts. Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue of Plusent which, in my experience is a very bad company (can't wait to end my contract with them). Their chat is unavailable (again, very bad customer service) and I don't know how to contact them as I have only got my mobile phone and, as I said, I cannot make any phone calls.
Does anyone know how long this issue will be for? I have got a phone interview this afternoon and need the phone working now. I have been unable to make phone calls since this morning at 6 pm.
