I Don't Have My Sim yet

I ordered my new mobile package on November 7th and still haven't received it..

 

I don't have a phone to call Plusnet to fix this..

thanks for getting in touch! I'm very sorry to hear you haven't received your SIM yet, we'd usually expect new SIMS to be delivered within 2-3 working days. 

If you drop me a message we can certainly look into this for you and see where the hold up lies.
