If I wanted to change to a different sim-only package, would I just select the one I'd like on the PN website, and that'll be it?
And how long would it be before I was transferred over to the new deal?
At the moment, my current deal starts on the 24th of every month; would I have to wait until that particular date for the switch-over?

I've changed twice, once by phone call and once by online chat. It takes effect from your next monthly billing date.
Unfortunately, there is no way to change your tariff online yourself, but one of our wonderful agents will be more than happy to get this sorted for you You can do this either by calling 500 free from your Plusnet SIM, via the Live Chat facility over at plus.net, or by sending me a PM
The tariff will change on your refresh date, so you can get in touch to sort this out anytime between now and then
