How to unlock over 18 content

I am over 18, and am wondering how it is possible to notify plusnet of this, as some websites are blocked due to this restriction. Many thanks if anyone is able to help with this

In order for us to enable access to adult content, you would need to call us on 500 free from your SIM, or catch us on our Live Chat feature over at www.plus.net.
