Welcome to the forums.

Is your user name your mobile number? It looks like a mobile number to me and I would change it so you don't have your personal details visible on a public forum. I'll ask the mods to change it.

In regard to the content lock then I am sure a member of staff will pick this up and do it for you.

I found a post earlier in the thread from staff saying that all you have to do is dial 500 from your mobile and they will do it that way. That's what I did on Friday. This should be pinned at the top of this thread to stop all the commenting and it getting lost. It's a shame it comes up with the original page from years ago and makes you think you have to message on here and then DM staff.
