How to remove adult sites content lock?

I have still yet to recieve a solution to this unlock problem, can some one fix this asap this is unacceptable

Hi @Unblockme 

Your account was already set to "no filter" when it comes to the Adult Content Control. 

There should be no blocks on your browsing.

Confused over this thread. I had my lock removed by dialing 500 from my phone, spoke to adviser who removed it there and then. Simples.

@354Ironwood I suggest call 500 and ask again. You do need to be the account holder.
