As a new user I wondered what was going on. The wife likes me to enter those competitions on the telly now and again, you know "Text win to 63335" or whatever to get a holiday, £50k and a brand new Range Rover.   I entered a few but the text never went, now I know why.

I remember having this problem with EE when I joined, I went into the shop and asked them to sort it. They actually asked me for ID and I had to show them my driving license.
It had been a while since I turned 18 even then, let alone now. So it did make me laugh.
