How to remove adult sites content lock?

How do I PM a member of the mobile team staff?  I can see no options anywhere.

If i click on Private Messages at the bottom it returns..

The option to PM someone is there now.  Only appeared after my first post upgraded my status to newbie.

Would be helpful if the sticky mentioned this.

Click on AshleighDavis' or one of the other Mobile Team's names/Avatar. In the next window scroll down and click on the Send Private Message icon.

Click on the name of the person you want to PM, the PM option is to the right. Or click on your name at the top right and scroll down to the bottom and select 'Private Messages'. You'll need to know the name of the person you want to message doing it that way though.

Hi Jones_Rob!

In order to send a PM, you need to ensure that you have posted publicly first and verified your email address. Once you've done this, click on my name and it will direct you to my profile where there will be a message tab.
