How to get the +2GB data for broadband customers?

I have the 4GB 30 day mobile plan. When i log into my plusnet broadband account it says i get an extra 2GB data for being a broadband customer (ie 6GB).  How do i get the extra 2GB?

The mobile upgrade options on my account don't include the extra 2GB and customer services on 500 are very busy (endless music on hold) and there isn't a mobile chat feature.

Customer services answered eventually and have applied the +2GB data from my next renewal period
