How to check payment details on account?

Is it possible to check what bank account is being used for monthly bill on my Plusnet account or do I need to call. Was just asking as I cannot find these details on my account.

Log in to tour account.

Select Billing and Payments.

Here you will find the Payment Method and the last few digits of the bank references (with DD it’s the Sort Code and Account Number)
