How to change SIM plan

How to upgrade or change your mobile plan | Help | Plusnet says:

"It’s really easy to change your plan. You can do this via our Mobile App or by logging into My Account.

Already in the app? Just select Change plan".

I'm logged in (not via App) but can't find a 'Change plan' link.  Could someone give me a direct link, please.
