How to cancel my sim only plustnet account

I have been trying to cancel my Plusnet account however every time I call the number it says line is busy.

I have been paying the line rental for no reason but have not been able to cancel my sim.

Can someone advise how can I cancel my sim or do I have to raise a complaint and go the long route ?

Just text PAC to 65075. You'll get a code by return text

I have another question if I may, I had my smart cap set to £1 however my spend has been allowed to go over upto £33 who can I speak to about this ?

Call the usually number but it is always going to line busy ?

As @MisterW advised above if you want to keep your number all you need to do is text PAC to 65075.

With regards to the smart cap if this is set to £1 you won't be charged more than this but if you're checking the app or your account it will show you what you would have been charged without it

That is what I mean cap is set at £1 but still got over charged. as cleared stated in my post. Thank you
