How long does it take to change SIM deal?

My current refresh date is the 24th of every month. If I was to choose another SIM-only deal from today, when would the new (deal) start?

Hi Cagney1994!
Should you wish to change your existing SIM only plan, the change will take effect from your next bundle refresh date, which in your case is the 24th each month. Meaning you'll need to wait until 24th September for your new plan to begin should you change tariff today.

@Cagney1994 there's currently no way to change plan from the online account. You need to contact CS using either the Chat faciliity or by phoning 500 from your mobile.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Cagney1994, I don't see why not providing you're not within a contract minimum term.

Thanks guys. I managed to change the deal via phone, Spoke to a lovely PN adviser and was very happy with the outcome
