How long before we lose plusnet mobile?

I went to swap to EE as suggested but find I can't because they need you to answer questions like exactly what date you started your bank account and exactly what date you moved into your house for credit checks.  And the date cannot be approximate.  I moved into this house years and years ago, and I started my bank account when I was a teenager - I am 70 now, and cannot recall such fine detail.  Is it not possible for Plusnet to migrate me or to give me a reference?  I've always paid well here.

The dates don't really need to be that accurate. Just pick a date that's roughly right. I think they're only interested in whether you've had the account and address for more than about 5 years

It seems the safest and hassle free way to migrate to EE is to go via Plusnet mobile CS.
The whole process was handled in one call and I don't recall being asked to provide any info about bank account dates etc..
You can check out but you can never leave ( easily)

I never remember thst stuff, but I have a free account with one of the credit score services, so I just look at what data they have. Some isnt really factual either, for example "date you moved in" .. in our case we bought the house in October but didn't really move until February as some renovations needed to be done. So in that case the date in the credit score would be the one we use.
