How do i delete plusnet voicemail numbers & stop voicemail icon appearing on my phone

I asked plusnet to deactivate my voicemail thing is ive still got the voicemail icon on my phone and i cant get rid of it.Plus i cant delete the voicemail numbers off my phone it wont let me.Plusnet gave me a code to use but that didnt work.

Phone i have is a samsung galaxy s8+
