How do I remove parental controls/adult content controls?

Tried to find out how to remove this, it's a bit content heavy and I can't even view basic Youtube videos on skincare at the moment! 

I don't see how to remove it on my phone or even logging on via the app. Am I missing something? I can't call customer service as I don't have time to hold when they are available and when I have tried they're closed for the day!

I'm over 40, I really don't need someone parenting me at my age!

Wait for a member of staff to appear here - might be 1 to 2 days and they will offer to help.

The only other option is to call them which you have tried already.

...nope...still not seeing it as an option! What do I do? 

And why are parental controls automatically set on my number anyway? They were not asked for and I've had this number for many years and it's never existed on this number before I joined Plusnet!

Sorry about that @popcorn10, please could you try again now? As for why the adult controls are currently active, it's set like that by default on every account

Unfortunately you cannot send private messages until you have done done five posts

To send a PM click on the persons name and  another page will show with " Contact Me " on the RHS

Best thing is to call 500 from your PN mobile
