Same as this thread but i cant post in it for some reason :
Joined plusnet mobile. Got my Welcome to plusnet email with my account number today and a big button at the bottom saying "Set up my account"
I click it and there are only sign in options, not setup. I don't have a password or email to recover as i havent set my account up so cant get any further!
Not really the best of starts.........
Fixed! Go to the fix.
Hi @mikedoh, sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in online.
I've arrange for a password reset (Which should allow you to set the password on the account) to be sent through to the contact email address on your account.
Could you try resetting the password (Or rather, setting it through the link) and let us know if you continue to experience problems.
