How do I obtain VAT invoices please?

Why do your invoices say Not a VAT invoice when it clearly shows VAT separately and your VAT Reg number? I need VAT invoices please. This surely, should be a standard feature if you are charging VAT?

Hi Kryten! Thanks for getting in touch! 

We show VAT details on all bills as we're required to display a breakdown of all charges that the customer incurs.
