Got my PNET SIM card, registered, and created an account - but it's not showing the extra 2GB data bonus on my account?

How / when does that get added?

The extra 2GB data is included in the broadband customer offer you sign up to. How did you sign up? Was it via our website or an affiliate 3rd party site?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
