How do I get a Plusnet SIM PUK code?

Afternoon

New Plusnet customer on a SIM only deal

I've just got a Plusnet SIM & at the same time arranged to have my old O2 number swapped over.

Put the SIM in this morning & was asked for a PIN code, looking online, I've tried 1234, 1111 & 0000 - none of which worked

Now I get - error is SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.

Clearly I've entered an incorrect code too many times now but how do I get the correct PUK code from Plusnet?

Should I have been given this code with my new SIM?

My previous supplier O2 have confirmed that they have "let go" of my phone number & I assume I'll get notification from Plusnet when they have completed the switch at there end?

My PUK code was at the top of my Plusnet mobile online account page if that's any use.

Thanks, I've just tried that but still doesn't work - I think that might not be the SIM PUK code?

If you navigate to help and support you will find this "When you put in the wrong PIN number three times, it locks your SIM card. To unlock it, you’ll need a PUK code. To get one, please contact us."
