How do I complain that works

On the website there is a complaints email address mobile-help@plus.net

 

So I sent an email and got this back:

 

      This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.     

 

Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:

 

   * life_mobile_talk_to_us@mailgb.custhelp.com

 

Reason: A message that you sent to the following recipient could not be delivered due to a permanent error. ** The remote server ?? responded with: ** life_mobile_talk_to_us@mailgb.custhelp.com ??:?? This message was created automatically by mail delivery software on the server .

 

Starting to get very unimpressed with Plusnet!!!

Try phoning and complaining ... but then if you have no signal you cant, which is where I am.
