How do I cancel my rolling sim plan?

As the title suggests how do I go about cancelling my mobile? I can't see an option how to do it online and I hate using call centres. Or is this the only way?

In order to cancel your account, you would need to give our Sales/Cancellations Team a call on 500 free from your SIM, or 0800 079 1133.
