How do I cancel my contract?
I can't get through on the phone line and I the online chat option to customer services isn't available.

Customer Options Team are available on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am and 7pm on Saturdays, then 9am and 6pm Sunday (except bank holidays).

If you want to keep your telephone number you need to request a PAC rather than cancel, your new mobile supplier will handle the switch over.

using search from Help and Support didn't find it so I used Google searching for plusnet cancel mobile contract and it was the top result which just goes tp show how bad the Plusnet search option is
