The latest posts I can see on this are about 3 years old, suggesting this is not possible - I like to think Plusnet have moved on in the mean time!

AFAIK there's no PlusNet support for esim. In fact I'm not sure if any MVNOs support esim.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
