I'm currently travelling in Panama, and with the current situation I'm likely to be stuck here for a long time. I need to get a PAC code for my PlusNet mobile. My SIM doesn't work here, so I can't call the helpline (number 500). I also can't use the 65075 number to text 'PAC' to. There doesn't seem to be an online chat option any more. And phoning directly and sitting in a queue waiting to get to the front of the queue isn't something that I want to do from here. Can you tell me how I can get a PAC code please given that the standard options don't seem to be available.
