Hi, ive been trying to cancel my sim for around 18 months now and still no luck. I have tried putting in pac codes etc and im still getting charged. I have lost the sim now so i cant do anything to try cancel? can somone message me please
If you've transferred your number away to another provider using a PAC then your account should be closed. If you have moved your number and that's not the case, can you drop me a PM with the following info so I can take a closer look?
+Your mobile number
+Your full name
+Your full address
+Are you the account holder?
+Your date of birth
+Last 2 digits of your bank account number
+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
If however though your number's not transferred over and you're not wanting to keep the number, I'm afraid you'd need to call our mobile support team on 0800 079 1133 to arrange the cancellation.
