Help as my £25.00 reward card has not arrived

Hi,

I have recently joined PLUSNET mobile for the 2nd time and I could not fault PLUSNET the last time as I joined smoothly and got my reward card in a matter of days. This time however I still have not had my reward card and the time has lapsed for delivery.

If.someone could help with this query be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you've signed up on a reward card offer for a mobile account, you should receive it by post within 45 days of your service going live. If you haven't got it still then I'd recommend calling the reward card team on 0344 879 1069.
