Haven't received my Plus-net mobile app account details

I bought this sim card about 1 week ago, today I was trying to use the mobile app and it asks for the password, I should have received it on my email but there's no email with my Plus-net password, any suggestions/solutions?

@Ozair Welcome to the forum.
I don't know but would assume that it's the same one as you use to log in to your new Plusnet account. That's how it works with broadband accounts. If you don't know that then start to log in to your account but select 'forgot password' and you will be sent a reset link by email.

@Baldrick1 I forgot to mention that I tried to do this, but it says "Sorry, your mobile number or username and email details don’t match with what we’ve got. Please try again.".
It cannot be that I wrote the email wrong when signing up because you have to repeat the email twice.
