Both my wife and I have taken out 2 new mobile phone packages ,and I have to say ,it was a ver smooth easy transition. Simply called customer services chose our packages, gave both our Pak codes to customer service advisor ,and the change over seamlessly happened spot on the time and on the day they said it would . (My only little suggestion would be** stop** the system generated emails) as they can cause a little confusion as they suggest you do things the advisor has already completed for you. Anyway apart from that a great signal strength inside and out of our home. All in All very happy with both the Mobile and our Broadband Thank you Plusnet
