Getting extra mobile data allowance after becoming a broadband customer?

Hi,

I was first a Plusnet mobile customer and recently moved my broadband to Plusnet too.

How do I get the extra mobile data allowance given to broadband customers? Have tried to call but no luck talking to someone.
