I cancelled my mobile account within the cancellation period, after finding out I had no signal at home even when I checked the signal strength before going with plusnet. Not a problem, these things happen - I live in the countryside.
I waited 4 weeks to receive only half of the refund, with nothing since and I still get plusnet emails about my £0.00 direct debit.
I am no longer in the UK so cannot really phone, the chat isn't available and I would just like the remaining half of my refund and my mobile account cancelled so I no longer get any emails.
