Free calls, plusnet mobile to plusnet mobile

I am going to Spain for a  holiday in a couple of days.

Can I use my plus net moby service to phone friends in the UK also with plus net moby service free of charge?

Thanks

Hi @voxol51, if you could private message some account details we'd be happy to check you have roam like at home enabled on your phone.

We would need you to private message:

-your full name
-your full address including postcode
-your mobile number

Regards

Thank you for your reply Abailis0105,

I have contacted customer services via the 500 number and they have confirmed roam like home service.

Re: Free calls, plusnet mobile to plusnet mobile

@voxol51 I'm pretty sure that all PlusNet plans (with the exception of some sold for a few months in 2017 that didn't have international access) have Roam Like at Home(RLAH).

To be absolutely clear, RLAH means that if you are roaming in an EU country then calls/texts to any EU destination (including the country you are roaming in) will come out of your normal allowance, in your case 1500 mins. Note that you must be roaming i.e not in your home country for this to apply.

Data usage while in Spain will also be from your data allowance.

How easy it would be just to have information like this showing on your accounts page.

Simples.
