Fixed daily charge for countries outside of Roam Like at Home list?

I have checked the Roaming FAQ pages but could not find anything...

With Vodafone and Sky, I can pay a daily charge to use my contract allowance outside of the Roaming countries.

For example with Sky, I paid £2 a day whilst in Turkey - to use my inclusive data, calls, etc (Vodafone has a similar facility for £6 a day)

I can't see anything similar mentioned on the PlusNet help pages - only call charges e.g. £1.30 a min to make a call in Turkey, 70p a min to receive a call.

Is there a similar facility with PlusNet mobile?

No there isn't, you pay by the minute / MB.
