Final bill

Switched from Plusnet using my PAC.

Havent recieved my final bill yet and being charged my direct debit as usual. My usage and account have being saying 0mb/N/A etc since like 14th of last month.

So we can look into this for you, could you please PM:

- your full name and confirmation you're the account holder

- your full address including postcode

- your mobile number

- your date of birth

- last 2 digits from your sort code and account number used to pay the bill
