Final bill refund of credit
I cancelled our Plusnet mobile services back in March as you didn't support roaming in the USA. After I cancelled you sent me a statement saying that the account was £32.56 in credit. I have called you on numerous occasions and you have promised me a refund of this money but I still haven't seen it in my account.
The amount is not a life or death value but it is my money and I would like it back please !
